Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email, username), the reading activity you log (books, pages, minutes, streaks), and the content you share (reviews, posts, comments). Newsletter subscribers share only an email address.
2. How we use it
To run the product: tracking your habit, computing streaks and rewards, personalising recommendations, and powering community features. We send reading reminders and product updates you can switch off in Settings.
3. What is public
Your profile (username, avatar, bio, badges, streaks) and the reviews and posts you publish are visible to other readers. Your reading logs and goals are private to you.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enforced on every table, so each reader can only access what they are entitled to. Passwords are hashed; sessions use short-lived tokens.
6. Your rights
You can edit your profile, export your data by request, unsubscribe from emails, or delete your account entirely from Settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the service.
